You will outline your team’s vision of achieving the organisation’s development to a sustainable organisation.  This task is designed to develop research, analytical skills, communication, and team project management skills for a change project
You are a team of organisational change practitioners and you are required to locate a problem an organisation or industry currently faces and recommend a change strategy.  You will need to use organisation development theory to diagnose the organisation’s change situation, assess and select one or more suitable Interventions, and design an organisation change program. Using this as basis, you must write a learning reflection as a group at the end of the report.
You will design a clear team roles/responsibilities in the change and the timeline to complete this project.Minimum to be submitted:

STEP 2 – The Chosen Organisation
Pick an organisation you wish to consult for that needs change intervention.  By way of choosing the organisation, you need to clearly articulate the background of the organisation, the change you have identified and why you see this change important being in the fourth industrial revolution era.

STEP 3 – Survey on Change Readiness
Based on the change you have identified for the organisation, you will design a readiness survey with a set of questions that help you understand if the people who are in the space of your change identification are ready for the change.  Construct clear questions.  Provide an explanation as to why you are asking those questions.

STEP 4 – The Analysis & Diagnosis 
You will be clear on the analysis of the change and diagnosis and solution.(Note: Provide and justify specific recommendations.  These should extend from your discussion and use of supporting theory above.  Identify any limitations with change theory.)

As a result of dynamic changes taking place in the automobile business, industry change has become inevitable. Similarly, the outcry by environmentalists to reduce smog, climate change, to improve public health and decline damage to the environment is another reason pushing Tesla Inc. towards adopting change in its automobile operations. Therefore, to remain competitive Tesla Company is planning to make changes among its operations so that it can compete favorably within the industry and also help to keep the environment.
Consequently, Tesla is involved in an effort to bring changes within its organisational operations processes to ensure it remains competitive. This survey is developed to assess Tesla’s readiness to change its current service delivery operational processes. Therefore, this shall be measured against the following dimensions such as preparedness to change, understanding the reason for the change and ability to change.
Completing the questionnaire
The questionnaire is unidentified therefore respondents answers will not be traced back to the individual. The goal of Tesla asking for details regarding change is to enable it to gain a better understanding and analysis of its findings. The assessment consists of three parts with each section having one to four questions.
