Put together an action plan which involves addressing your interest in constructive change at a local K-12 public or private / charter school.In your plan, include the name of the school, the person you should/will contact and the ways you can be an agent of change. It is one thing to say things need to change, but another to actually help out.

Introduction:
The paper mainly talks about the aspect of constructive change in a local K-12 public or private school in Washington and in the process brings up the aspect of civic engagement and shows how important civic engagement is for the students and how that impacts their growth and development process and progress as well. Robinson’s idea is derived from the video and is used here to bring in an effective change in the school system. Robinson is a renowned educationist and in this plan of brining constructive change for the school his three ideas are used.
The school where the change will be brought about is Bush School in Seattle, Washington. The person who would be contacted to bring about the change for this K-12 school is the management of the school who is in the authoritative position and thereby will finally implement the change or a constructive or an effective outcome (Thompson, 2011). I will reach out to the management of the Bush School and will also talk with them in details about my motto to bring change for better output from the school.
Action plan for the school is based on three ideas that have been derived from Robinson. Action plan includes improvising on creativity for the school students or the children studying in the school, improvising on social bonding for the children studying in the school and improvising on intellectual development of the students (Robinson, 2010). These are the ideas that are derived from the given video and are used for the Bush School to bring about constructive change or development like better approach to education and life for the students where they not only learn about academic skill and success but also learn about being a good human being and associate with the society as well (Robinson, 2010). Creativity can be infused in many ways and for the students of this school creativity will be improvised through the process of inspiring the students to know and learn or create something from their own, to inspire the students on their imagination power, to inspire the students on their thinking power and also encoring the students to think out of the box and appreciate their thinking and thoughts positively. Creativity brings imagination power for the children and also enhances their thinking and thoughts which are helpful in nurturing their nascent brain and this will be implemented in the school to bring an effective change where the students will have a nourished brain alongside academic skill and excellence (Robinson, 2010). The idea of social bonding is very significant or important to bring a constructive change for the students of the school who will learn to be a better human being and this will be done through the process of group activity, through the process of group engagement, through the process of exchange of ideas and thinking among the children and also through the process of collaboration and some kinds of collaborative and communicating activities (Thompson, 2011). This will help in building a sense of togetherness among the children and thereby will have a social connection as well which is important besides having academic excellence (Robinson, 2010). Other idea and the one to be implemented here is improvising on intellectual development and this will be done through holistic approach of teaching, through the process of teacher student relationship, through the process of inspiration and encouragement for the students and also through the process of enhanced kind of education like encouraging their ideas about a certain subject or topic, giving the students their won time to come up with new idea, through the process of brain storming, through the process of mental exercise, through the process of communicative and engaging games and others (Thompson, 2011). These are some of the steps that will be followed in the context and is also included in the action plan that will be put into work for the children of Bush School so that they grow up to be intellectual students having an eyeque level and also having a positive and higher thinking notes and that is much more that being academically strong and skilled (Thompson, 2011). These steps or activities will be put into order one after another to bring out the intellect and also to make the students intellectually strong and sound. Other activities that will be included in this prospect includes quiz, brain work, working on vocabulary and others and all these are to develop the intellect of the children so that a positive or a constrictive change can be brought about in the school system.
