It has become common today to dismiss that the technological levels in the modern world has emanated to bringing much evil in the current society we are living in. The standard ways of thinking about topic the topic on multitasking has it that the concept of multi tasking tends to be subject comprising of inadequate administration processes which aid people in handling specific problems within a reduced time period. Being an apprentice who handles courses that require careful concentration, I have always considered the multi-tasking idea to be the last solution to get myself into. This is because I can sometime execute my school assignment while texting my colleagues. Although I should know better by now, I cannot help thinking that during free time I am in a position of multi tasking. For instance, I can take my lunch while watching the television. Despite the fact that the presented elucidations are dissimilar they all entail the use of technology. One implication of multitasking treatment according to Daniel J. Levitin, always reduces the efficiency and the performance of one’s brain since a human brain can only focus on task. Therefore the long term effect after consistent multi tasking is that it can result to cardiac arrest. In conclusion, then, as I suggested earlier, individuals should not multitask since it depletes the brain cell nutrients thus resulting to poor physical and cognitive performance of the body as pointed out by Daniel J. Levitin since human brain can’t have it both ways.
