The concept of managing innovation can be stated to be involving a process which is linked to the managing of the organisational procedures of innovation. The initial stage of starting mainly involve a stage of ideation to the final stages which are related to the execution and successful implementation. It mainly encompasses the activity, decision and the practices of implementing and devising a strategy of innovation (Liedtka, 2015). The concept of innovation management can be a discipline of business which aims to drive the process or culture which is related to sustainable development (Komninos 2014). In the sector of innovation, it can be stated that there are various aspects and consideration which should be focused upon so that the strategy of the innovation can be justified and proper.
The main focus point of the report is to an emphasis on the different factor relating to innovation management. The main area is the implementation of the innovation within the working of the business and how they can gain competitive advantage from the sector. In the sector of innovation, there is a variable factor which can be limiting the innovation. These factors are also widely discussed in the report.
Literature review
In the sector of technological advancement, it can be stated that the organization face a different form of the problem relating to the need to implement innovation. Innovation can be stated as one of the factors which helps an organisation stay focus on the goal of the business and stay ahead to the different competitors. Managing of innovation helps in the sector of the creation of new models of business and product creation (Goller, 2017). One of the important factors which can be linked to proper innovation strategy implementation is allowing customer satisfaction boosts and engagement of the employee. Customer satisfaction can be linked to the sector of the proper utilisation of the different resources and the factor of the deployment of the resources in a proper place which can be implemented.
In most of the cases, it is seen that the organisation usually has a predefined structure of working according to which they execute their daily activity. The process of innovation can be stated to be designed usually in a manner by which there is an alteration of the different process which is related to the concept (Breuer & Lüdeke, 2016). It should be a focal point that the alteration of the standard of working should not change the main motive of the organisation. According to (Dodgson, n.d.) innovation should be placed into the working of the organisation, it should be planned and executed according to the need and the requirement of the organisation to gain competitive advantage within the working of the organisation. Implementation of innovation should enhance the sector of the working and the service which is given to the customers.
Innovation method of management
Innovation can be considered as one of refactor which drives the success factor of the project and the working of the organisation (Yu, Zhang and Lin 2016). In the sector of the innovation, it can be stated that there are various sector or methods which can be linked to the sector. Broadly speaking it can be stated that innovation can be broken down into breakthrough, incremental and disruptive.

Breakthrough:The sector of the innovation breakthrough can be related to the advancement of the technology that can directly boost the level of the service and the product with the framework of the existing category and directly ahead to the competitors.
Incremental:In the technological era where most of the business organisation are required to reinvent themselves constantly (Chiwamit, Modell and Scapens 2017). The innovation can directly help to thrive the improving of the current product, processes, services and different method.
Disruptive:The concept is directly responsible for the aspect of radically changing the behaviour of the market after the factor of implementation.

Innovation management success
The domain of the successful implementation of the innovation can be stated to be essential in the sector of the supporting the innovation culture and making the employee feel valued within the working of the organisation (Schaeffer and Matt 2016). The main impact which can be generated from the sector is directly concerned with a quality idea which can be generated from the end of the employee (Potts & Ratten, 2016). In recent times most of the organisation tend to include collaborative leverage technology, for example, the social media by which they can get the feedback which would be helping in the sector of the steady stream of the ideas from the different stakeholders both outside the organisation and inside of the organisation. The basic motive which in the sector of the working should be making innovation a routine part of the business (Bowers & Khorakian, 2014). Many of the organisation tend to include an approach to innovation which is cyclic and very much disciplined. This directly helps the organization to indulge in working which is important in the point of view of the operation and matching the need of the customers (Carlborg, Kindström and Kowalkowski 2014). Hence it can be stated that the sector of operation is a crucial factor which plays a dominating role in regulating and conducting the different operation of the business.
Steps in innovation
The concept of the ideation can be stated as one of the first step relating to incentives and innovation and direct feedback (Fleuren et al. 2014). This step directly incorporates the domain of flow of idea which is steady. The next step which can be included in the sector is the well-managed process of innovation which focus on the factor of the viable ideas and value. As stated by (Nowacki and Bachnik 2016) most of the organization tend to include create different sectors of prototype models by the shortlisted ideas and directly implement them to see how they execute and work. In the final step relating to the sector of implementation, it can be stated that different factors relating to the implementation phase are taken into consideration which tries to identify the functionality of each of the sector of the working of the innovative process.
Issues in innovation management
One of the major problems which is associated with the innovation process involves the sector of the implementing and institutionalising a creative idea and invention which truly becomes an innovation aspect. It was stated by (West & Bogers, 2014) that the literature on the processes of the sociopolitical domain of idea pushing into the currency appears to be offering an insight into while some processes gain importance and some do not gain importance.

Very much closely related to the above problem is the problem relating to how to trigger the people to directly pay attention to the new opportunity, needs and ideas. The main concept which is a concern area is the overcoming of the human physiological tendency (and the organisational tendency) to directly protect and focus on the different practices.
The third problem which can be linked to the domain can be the structural problem one managing the part of the entire relationship. A web of the interdependent and complex transaction directly arise as innovation is instituted into the working of the organisation over a tenure of time (Eide, Fuglsang and Sundbo 2017). On the other hand, the group and the individual may lose insight into the entire effort of innovation. One of the aspects which should be taken into consideration is related to the designing of the planning of the principle according to the holographic principles where the whole process of innovation is mirrored into different parts rather than focusing on the principle of the autonomous units.
The fourth problem is related to the leadership of institutional to create a culture and infrastructure within the working of the organisation which directly facilitate the domain of innovation (Albers and Gassmann 2015). There is three principles of cybernetic principle are directly proposed which are regulating the direct behaviour using defining the critical limit which can be avoided, rather than the sector of ending to achieve, learning which can directly detect errors in the standard of guideline and uncertainty preserving and diversity.

The problem which is seen in the sector of the working can alter the overall process of the organisation (Westland, 2016). The mitigation plan which is related to the working can be stated to be very much essential in the proper implementation of the strategy of the innovation.
The process of innovation after the discussion can be stated as a sector which plays a vital role in the working of the organisation. The main motive which can be stated in the sector can be linked with the domain of changing the overall working which would be enhancing the sector of operation involving competitive advantage. A major activity is linking the innovation sector with the working of the organization so that the main motive of the organization is not changed. Innovation can be applied using involving and dealing with different innovation areas which provide a framework of execution of the different processes of the organisation.
