When everyone in a corporation shares the same values and goals, it’s possible to create a culture of mutual respect, collaboration, and support. Companies that have a strong, supportive culture are more likely to attract highly qualified, loyal employees who understand and work toward the company’s best interests.
Organizational culture
The organizational culture depicts the greater affinity towards the flexibility within Apple Inc. The concerned organization aims at implementing a huge amount of creativity among the employees of the organization. Apple Inc. is known to have implemented a group culture thereby maintaining cohesion within the company (Henri, 2006). The flexibility within Apple aims to help the employees to dedicate majorly innovative thoughts towards the developments of the products that are being marketed by the company. Apple Inc. is known to have employed people who belong to varied cultures (Youtube.com., 2018). This has helped in the maintenance of the diversity within the company.
