Answer:
1. The topic for my research report is about the qualities of a positive leader in an organization. The objective of the research is to design the reliable process for obtaining a productive leader in an organization. This is because most of the organizations have failed due to lack of effective and reliable leadership. The biggest percentage level of growth in an organization relies on the kind of leadership exist in an organization. The research will also relate how professional communication affects the positivity in leadership (Biagi et al, 2011).
2. My plan for the completion of the report is that I will take a sample for both successful organizations and failed organizations. The research will be conducted on the quality of the leadership which exists between the two categories. The obtained results will be compared with the existing theory about the positive leadership.
3. For this week the research will be made from the written journals on the growth and decline of the existing organizations. The research will majorly focus on the contribution of the leaders toward the failure or the succession of the organization in marketing environments. One of the major quality that the organization will majorly emphasis is kind of communication establish by the leaders in chosen samples.
4. The major reason which geared my research on the qualities of a positive leader is to try to design and develop a process through which the organization can initiate positive qualities in their leadership. Leaders are the co-determiners on the growth of the organization which raises a need for a way these qualities can be initiated in companies’ leadership (Day et al, 2014).
