You are working in a graduate analyst role at a risk consulting firm, tasked with supporting Brisbane Airport Corporation (BAC) with advice for assessing risk and proposing treatment plan to help medicate those risks.
You’re going to show your manager of how you should go about analysing and assessing risk.  

You have already been reporting the Risk Assessment with the propose threat (Please find the completed “Corporate Threat Register” file attached) for BAC to the Analysis Team Manager (Your Tutor) The first assessment is about managing risk for BAC and analysed the threat for the particular project.

Now, you need to create a template of Risk Management Plans according from the analysed threat of the organisation. This template will be defining management process for the organisation.
