consider different ways that your point of view is similar to, and different from, the points of view of other researchers.
look for various ways to break your point of view into parts.

To present your argument, make sure:

your text develops a coherent argument where all the individual claims work together to support your overall point of view.
your reasoning for each claim is clear to the reader.
your assumptions are valid.
you have evidence for every claim you make.
you use evidence that is convincing and directly relevant.


The term virtual team indicates a geographically distributed team. In this team the team members work together from different geographical locations. In the current scenario, a new marketing team is going to locate in New York, Mumbai, Sydney and Beijing. In this situation the team members will operate over four time zones through the asynchronous and synchronous communication practices. Hence, this can be said that in order to work in a team, the information and knowledge sharing process is very important. After the introducing of globalization in the industry availability of technology and innovative software have been increased. In the case of managing an effective virtual team, telecommunication is very important. It has been identified that there are various difficulties in order to management an effective virtual team. Due to the distance, time, communicational barriers and cultural differences the decision making process of the company gets affected. On the other hand, it cannot be denied that virtual team is very important in the case of reducing the travel and time expenses. In this situation, management of each and every employees is required for developing an alternative way so that the work can be done without any kind of interruption.
Multiple communicational tools are required in the case of managing the virtual team. Two-fold communicational tool will help the team members to communicate with other members depending on urgency. Another way, screen recording and conference call can help to develop the internal healthy feelings. Scheduled regular meeting can also be beneficial in terms of reducing the stress of the employees. If a routine can be developed regarding the meeting time and date, it will make the employees habituated. Through the video calls the efficiency of the employees can be developed. Each and every employees who are the part of virtual team should be aware about the working system. In this process the standard of performance will be set by the company. This process is very effective in the case of increasing the efficiency of the employees on the other hand it helps to provide the necessary freedom to the employees so that they can achieve their target without any kind of interruption. Setting roper working hours can help to manage the team. The management needs to be concern while preparing the working schedule in each and every team so that the overlapping working hours can get set for at least 4 to 5 hours. It can be considered as the effective strategy because in this process the team members cooperate with each other’s for completing the task. It helps to develop the internal culture in the organization. It is true that the professional working environment is needed to get improved. It will help in the case of developing effective corporate culture in the organization. If the organization will set a proper professional standard, this helps to put the employees in right mindset.
In the current scenario, the technology has higher level of impact on the industry. Especially in the marketing sector, it can be said that technology is one of the important medium for dealing with the employee relationship related activities. In order to manage the effective virtual team, Video calling, emails and chatting can be beneficial for the organization. The business meetings should be done through Skype and other video conference software. It will be beneficial for the organization to avoid any kind of misunderstanding in the workplace. On the other hand, team building process is needed to get improved. In order to develop a Virtual team the company needs to focus on choosing the effective employees in the organization. After the few professional personality tests the team members are needed to be selected for the team. In this process the performance standard of the employees can be maintained easily. For making the employees more productive, the rechecking of the tasks is required. It cannot be denied that effective motivational initiatives are required in the case of encouraging the employees towards their job. In order to manage the employees if the recognition and reward related practices can get developed, it can help the team members to be more responsible towards their job. It can also help in terms of developing the innovative skills of the employees so that the productivity and performance standard can get improved. I believe, this initiatives can help the organizations to deliver standard quality of work.
