Answer:
1. An intentional object is referred to as an object of thought. Intentional objects or objects of thought may or may not exist. Objects of knowledge on the other hand are those one perceives before and forms a thought based on that perception (Leahy, 2018). Objects of knowledge are always existent. Questions for intelligence refers to those questions that may have objective answers while questions for reflection are fluid questions whose answers may vary. the answer may be subjective and may vary from individual to individual.
2. Common sense is referred to practical judgement and based on practical knowledge. While scientific knowledge refers to hard facts and hypotheses’ that have been proven scientifically. Common sense knowledge is inadequate as though it is practical, it is not based on hard facts and can be inaccurate at times. Scientific knowledge and the other hand is based on hard facts that have proven by years of research and contemplation.
3. Common sense knowledge though inadequate is useful as t serves practical purposes. Common sense knowledge helps in solving everyday problems like social dilemmas (Heeren, 2017). It provides perceptive powers to an individual so that he is equipped to handle problems that will not be solved by scientific knowledge like activities that require estimations and comparisons between unrelated subjects, setting priorities and acting instinctively. Common sense provides a base for common perception and judgement.
