Introduction
The Blue Mountainsis a mountainous region and a mountain range that is located in New South Wales of Australia.
The region lies in the border of the metropolitan area of Sydney.
The Lord Howe Islandis a small island located on the southern part of the largest coral reef of the world.
The island is a world heritage site and offers the best scenic beauty of the sea and the beaches.
Hunter valley is another exquisite tourist destination located in new South It consists of vineyards and sample local wines at cellar doors and also boasts of a number of quality restaurants.
These restaurants are famous for offering quality local foods and wines.
Rationale of the Research
The main problem of the particular research topic is the absence of a particular strategy to popularize the tourism capability of the particular area.
Rationale and outline of Research Methodology
The research will be carried out using the sampling method and following the secondary research approach. The secondary research approach has been selected as it will help to get reliable and genuine data from earlier sources of the same topic.

Number of Tourists arriving in the whole year and sources of data
As per data 1.5 million visitors visited the area in the last year.
However reports suggest that absence of proper measures to promote the tourism ability of the area will lead to a significant decrease in the number of visitors in the particular region.

Main areas from where tourists come
Approximately 1.5 million people visit the New South Wales Blue Mountains each year.
On the other hand Lord Howe Islands experiences around 15,000 people each year
While Hunter Lodge experiences around 1.5 million people
Approximately 1.5 million people visit the New South Wales Blue Mountains each year. However the recent year has seen a dip in the number of visitors. The main areas or countries from where people came were as follows;
Results And Recommendations
The above mentioned statistics shows that there are lots of areas for improvement. The main recommendations are as follows;
The visitor Economy Industry plan is amongst the many of the action plans that can change the face of tourism in NSW. The NSW government needs to realize the importance of tourism in the area and must promote the tourism in a constructive manner. The creation of a new task force is highly recommended for the organization. The role of the visitor economy taskforce is to develop a new kind of Tourism and mark a number of different major events blueprint for helping the state authority set up different strategies for doubling the tourism of the area.
The sculpture exhibition which is also the largest in the world that takes place in the particular area must be advertised and promoted in a more vigorous and aggressive way. This will help to increase the footfall of the tourists as they will try to catch up with the following event
The authorities in charge of maintaining the tourism department of the organization can start a bridge climbing event for the tourists which will surely be a hot favorite amongst the people who loves adventure. The climb should be arranged in such a way that there will be a daring feeling of risk
A bird watching trekking can be arranged by the authorities to ensure the trail of a nature hunt amongst the bird enthusiasts
The presence of a local event representing the likes of the different types of the aboriginal people residing in the hills must be arranged every week to create enthusiasm among the people visiting the particular mountains
The federal government has decided upon the new south Wales regional conferencing and strategic planning which is one of the best planning being done in the circumstances. It will be helping to build capability, improve the competitive position of new south Wales in the tourism market and help implement significant changes in the tourism sector of the area
